100 Episodes!

We have reached 100 episodes! 

This journey started in 2020 and since then, I have conducted over 50 interviews, reached listeners in over 70 countries. 

Thank you for listening and supporting this learning journey which has also included:

• Moving from Germany to Florida with husband and two boys

• Starting (and about to complete) a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Harvard

• Getting an amazing (and challenging) role working with tech teams and leading an agile transformation

• Completing three courses with a production company in California! The themes on these center on (you guessed it) soft skills

Alongside those achievements and doors opened, I did a lot of reflection and painful growth. It is an ongoing process, yet I am excited for the challenges I will encounter ahead. 

This next year, I want to focus on less and gain depth.
I am putting a pause on the podcast for some time and will be focusing on writing and reflecting on what I have learned. You will receive these posts each week in your inbox. 

 I am also committing to deepen relationships in person and be present. This is why I will be focusing on presenting during in-person events to be able to connect with listeners like you and meet fascinating people. If you have any recommendations, just contact me!
