It's the end of 2024 and this is usually the time we get to review what have we learned and what have we achieved.
This week, I want to focus on doing a recap of key lessons learned through the podcast this year.
- Artificial Intelligence can be used to make us into better humans
- To create better products and solutions, you need to put yourself in the shoes of your customer
- When dealing with conflict at work, start with connection before addressing issues
- In a salary negotiation, do your research and stand your ground
- Good coaching requires humility
- Leaders need to be ready to work in uncertain times, all the time
- Fall in love with a problem, not the solution
- A good one sentence summary requires people, action and drama
- People over processes, always
- To develop an attribute we need to step into discomfort
- Make curiosity a practice in your team for best results
- To create a learning organization, create good learning experience
- As a leader, you need to speak out on issues important for your team and customers
- Building your team resilience is not about individuals, but about ability to grow together
- To manage your career, start from your strengths
