It has been a few weeks since I emailed you but I was on a little break. Well, not really, as summer has involved a lot of driving kids to camp, working with various tech teams launching new initiatives, speaking at conference, and finishing my last course at Harvard on relationships.
In the class, one of the key lessons we learned was about "the four horsemen" on relationships, that is, the behaviors which impact a romantic relationship negatively. These were developed by renowned relationship experts Julie and John Gottman.
Do you see any behaviors which also impact your team? If so, its time to address these. After all, you probably spend more time with your co-worker than your significant other.
