Soft skills are the skills we need to help us thrive in the workplace. By mastering skills such as communication, adaptability, productivity, we can create a positive work environment and increase job satisfaction. 

Module 1: Connect with Yourself and Others (1-1.5 hours) 
In this introductory portion, participants will understand why so called “soft” skills are essential in the workplace and conduct a skills self-assessment. Through dynamic exercises, the participants will also practice their networking skills and build rapport with their colleagues by getting to know them and their roles in the organization. 

Module 2: Communicate Effectively (1-2 hours) 
Time to practice our communication skills. In this session, participants will learn the keys for clear communication through effective listening. Then practice how to be concise and identify the best methods to communications to use in different scenarios. 

Module 3: Collaborate and Create (1.5-3 hours) 
This dynamic module will allow participants to understand how to work in productive ways amidst shifting priorities and challenges. They will learn research-based techniques and agile frameworks to work productively, prioritize, and work as a team. Participants will put these skills to work through brainstorming exercises to identify current challenges and discuss solutions in their groups. 

Module 4:  Correct to Improve (1-1.5 hours) 
This last portion of the workshop is focused on how to give practical feedback and practice by discussing results of previous session. Then, we will review how to integrate continuous improvement in the organization so they can walk away with specific actions to take to their workplace. 

About Yadi Caro 
Yadi is an Organizational Psychology practitioner with degrees from Harvard University, Florida International University, University of South Florida, and University of Puerto Rico. She has been working for over a decade with tech teams and customers in the DoD creating solutions to optimize how work is done and how knowledge is shared. 

She is the founder of Hardcore Soft Skills, a learning platform designed to educate on essential skills. This includes the podcast Hardcore Soft Skills, with listeners in over 50 countries. Thousands have learned through her online courses ‘How to be a More Effective Team Member,’ ‘Top Skills Every Tech Professional Needs,” and “Persuasion at Work: Five Tips to Communicate with Influence” (a LinkedIn Learning course).

 Her certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Coach (ICP-ACC), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB). 

Workshops Pricing (online or in-person)
•    Up to 10 people: US$ 2,500 (US$250 each additional attendee) + travel costs 
•    Up to 20 people: US$ 4,000 (US$250 each additional attendee up to 30 people)  + travel cost

Cost includes initial 60-minute assessment call, and access to resources after the class for each attendee. Workshops can de designed for one day or two days.
